SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders shipped out in 1-3 Business days via selected authorized carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and FedEx. Free standard shipping for orders over $50
Otecka ships orders to addresses within Canada and the United States.
Otecka cannot ship packages on days that are Canadian and U.S. national holidays.
The following dates are affected for Canada and the U.S.

- Thanksgiving Day

- New Year's Eve
Do you have a December holiday shipping cutoff date?
To receive the shipment in time for the holidays, we recommend placing your order by December 15th if you're selecting standard shipping. If you're selecting express shipping, we recommend ordering by December 17th.
When will I get my order?
Our estimated shipping and delivery time frames are below:
Standard shipping - ship within 1-3 business days, and once shipped it will be delivered within approximately 5-8 business days
Express or Expedite shipping - ship within 1 business day, and once shipped it will be delivered within approximately 1-3 business days
*During busy periods like the holidays or special promotions, there may be additional delays due to the high volume of orders.
Do you offer express shipping?
We do! You will have the option to select express shipping at checkout at additional cost.
How much does shipping cost?
WITHIN THE CANADA
Free shipping: 5-8 business days
- We offer free standard shipping for orders over $50 or more being shipped within Canada. This is calculated after all discounts have been applied to the order.
Standard shipping: 5-8 business days
- We offer standard shipping for orders sent within the US for a flat rate of $5.95
UPS, FedEx, or Purolator Expedited: 2-4 business days
- We offer 2-day shipping for a flat rate of $19.

WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Free shipping: 5-8 business days
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 or more being shipped within the US. This is calculated after all discounts have been applied to the order.
UPS Expedited: 2-4 business days
- We offer UPS 2 Day shipping for a flat rate of $19.
UPS Overnight shipping: Next business day (after fulfillment)
- The cost for overnight shipping is $25. Please note that overnight orders will be delivered on the next business day after fulfillment.

My tracking number isn’t working.
Sometimes it can take up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after an order has shipped. If 72 hours have passed and you still do not see tracking updates, it's possible our system assigned the incorrect carrier link to your tracking number.
Please email support@otecka.com and we can provide you with the correct tracking info!

My order says "delivered" but I haven't received it?
Please reach out to us at support@otecka.com if your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it.
Please note that in some cases, parcels can get marked as delivered on the tracking but still take a couple of days to physically arrive!
How do I track my order?
You'll be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also log in to your Bombas.com account to check your order status at any time. You can check your order history to get your tracking information or contact us at support@Otecka.com and we'll be happy to help.
